1. The aim and goal of human life is to realize the self or one’s own soul; this is spiritual gain. When a person realizes the self, or the existence of their soul and the supreme soul within this mortal body, they will definitely attain true love and devotion to God, and their life will be thankful and successful. Therefore, every person should make possible efforts to know the self, or the knowledge of their own soul.

2. Salvation or liberation, or attaining permanent peace of the soul, is cherished or desired by everyone. And it is possible only when we can sacrifice all kinds of material desires. Consciousness or detachment, when roused or appears, all desires will vanish through renunciation. The matter is not so easy because the mind is turbulent, so this mind can be controlled through constant practice and conscious thinking. For the common people in general, the path of devotion is the best. With true devotion and surrender to the lotus feet of God, when one can feel his inability without hesitation, mercy of God is gained no doubt.

3. God has no want, as because he is all in all. Yet, he is desirous of love from his devotees. A devotee is like his own soul. He is even sold to his devotees. So, you imagine what kind of fortunate person he is who can become a real devotee of God. You go on and lead your life as you are, but keep your mind at the lotus feet of God. Chant and repeat the name of God and sing his glories. He is the destroyer of ego and false vanity. Superior human life is not easily achieved. It is not meant for material enjoyment only, but for prayer to God, who is our sole refuge.

4. There is no friction in knowledge and devotion. The person who has attained knowledge of God will be automatically devoted. On the other hand, a devotee has knowledge too.

5. Shakta (Shakti upasana), Shaiva, and Vaishnavas should not make quarrel or have conflict among themselves. Everybody is a shakta so long he has material desire. Austerities with love for God makes the devotee of Goddess Kali as Vaishnava

6. The person who worships Lord Sri Krishna but dishonours Lord Shiva will go to hell. Similarly, the person who is a real devotee of Lord Shiva, but dishonours Lord Sri Krishna will go to hell. Sri Hari and Lord Shiva are one and the same.

7. Whatever you do, you must attain humanity. With the name of religion, you should not spoil your brain unnecessarily. Obey your own religion which you have by birth received according to your family tradition. Patience is necessary. You go on doing your work with patience and firm faith.

8. Karma Fal (fruit of action). Results of action are to be enjoyed by everyone. Repeated deaths and births are due to the effect of actions in the previous births. Everybody has to enjoy prarabdha karma with the name of God or surrendering to the lotus feet of God. Both happiness and sorrows should be enjoyed thinking the mercy of God. When the sorrows and happiness will be ended without any material desire, the devotee will get the permanent happiness or peace which is long cherished and happiness and peace in the eternal abode. Therefore, spend your life through the pleasure of divine bhajan.

9. Everyone should have control over their physical body, mind, and speech. There is no religion except selfless service to the poor, helpless, and downtrodden, as the services of God. Then your pure heart will be open. Remember, the name of God, God, and the giver of the name of God (Guru or spiritual master) are the same. Do your japa regularly (repetition of the name of God given by your Guru), and chant the glories of God or do Krishna kirtan (chant the glories of Sri Krishna). For the people of Kali yuga, the greatest device of Hari Nam Kirtan (chanting the praises of Lord Sri Hari) has been kindly introduced by Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu (Hare Krishna maha mantra).

10. Gossiping and criticizing others, unnecessary talk should be avoided. Do your japa silently with the rhythm of the breath and do your domestic work. Give up your bad association and do sadhu sang. i.e., association of good people. Satsang is cherishable and always try to attend satsang. The term satsang relates to discussion on the ideal of God, kirtan, recitation from Srimad Bhagbata, Srimad Bhagbat Gita, and other holy books. Persons attending satsang may be able to remove their confusion with regard to body, soul, and supreme soul and will attain humanity, devotion, and love for God and his universe.

11. Self-restraint is very much needed for spiritual upliftment. No need to worry and no need of despair. Keep your mind always attached to your spiritual master and God. If you stick to your principle, the God already in your heart will definitely help you. 

12. Give up communal feelings. There are so many ways and means for prayer of God. Paths are different but the goal is the same for all religious people. After attainment of humanity, there will be no communal friction. Temple, mosque, church etc. are the places of prayer of God. And so you honor and pay your respects accordingly.

13. Domestic life or household life becomes divine like heaven at the good qualities of our women being the part of Maha-Lakshmi. Education of children is started at the home first in the hands of the mother. Character is also built by the efforts of the mother. So the responsibility of the mother is great. Proper education of the women may help the family, public social life from premature decay. So the mother will follow the ideal of our old Indian women who live in deed ever to remember. Undisciplined lifestyle as prevailing in the society now should be positively changed.

14. Hatha Raja yoga are not suitable to all people without the help of an able Guru or spiritual master. Practices of yoga need strong mind, firm faith, ability to maintain discipline, proper food and sleep as a balanced life. The result of yoga practices can be realized at every stage. 

15. Anger, lust, and greed are three gate doors of hell. They create problems to the spiritual aspirant. They should be controlled with patience with taking refuge at the lotus feet of God.

16. Sri Radha Govind, Sri Lakshmi Narayan, Sri Sita Ram, Sri Shiva Shakti, or any other deity if you establish in your house or temple, their services like puja, bhog etc. should be done properly, like maintenance of own self with love and devotion for blissful perfection in life. 

17. After taking bath, you should give some water to tulsi, ashota bota vriksh and bel tree. Tilok dharan – putting tilak and the garland of tulsi and rudraksha should be used devotionally. 

18. Strict discipline, tolerance, faith on truth, and work as worship should be done sincerely and do your duty in the welfare of mankind.

19. Generally, people make efforts for worldly happiness, which is initially found pleasant but consequently is the root of sadness or untold sorrows. Satisfaction of endless desire can never be fulfilled. While a spiritual aspirant enjoys endless happiness utterly scarce.

20. Mounibaba’s last message is to rise and rouse others, and try to develop the environment. Merciful God in you may be realized at any moment. So you prepare yourself just following your master and prove the truth by practice to see the dawn with perfect joy and peace.
